attachment-1-39 Choose 3-5 Vegetables of your choice

  • Slice all vegetables
  • Place in Bowl
  • 1 Tbsp of Olive Oil for every 2 cups of Vegetables
  • Season with Salt & Pepper and favorite herbs like Rosemary, Thyme, Etc
  • Toss Well
  • Place in pan
  • Bake 450 degrees
  • 30-45 minutes (depending on the vegetables and size)

(Our favorites: onions, garlic, potatoes, sweet potatoes, squash, zucchini, carrots)



Add this as a side dish to steak or roasted chicken and round off with some fruit and/or green salad.
