Buying Whole Chicken

Buying a healthy whole chicken is the first step. Some of the things I look for:

  • NO Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs)

  • NO Antibiotics

  • NO Pesticide Treated Grains

  • NO Grains Grown with Chemical Fertilizers

  • NO Synthetic Amino Acids

3 Ways to Roast Your Chicken

attachment-1-7(Preparation time for each of these ways is the same and takes less than 15 minutes.)

  1. Put your whole chicken in a Instant Pot Pressure Cooker
    1. Add 1 cup water
    2. Add a stick of real butter inside the chicken (Flavored Butter with Vitality Essential Oils)
    3. Add Seasoning (Salt and Pepper or herbs of choice)
    4. Turn on manual for 45 min’s.
  2. Put your whole chicken in a Crock Pot
    1. Add 1 cup water
    2. Add a stick of real butter inside (Flavored Butter with Vitality Essential Oils)
    3. Add Seasoning (Salt and Pepper or herbs of choice)
    4. Turn on high 3-4 hours
  3. Put your whole chicken in a Roasting Pan
    1. Add 1 cup water
    2. Add a stick of real butter inside (Flavored Butter with Vitality Essential Oils)
    3. Add Seasoning (Salt and Pepper or herbs of choice)
    4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
    5. Bake uncovered 1 hour and 15 minutes in the preheated oven, to a minimum internal temperature of 180 degrees F (82 degrees C).

After you have roasted your chicken you can slice it up or shred it for other chicken recipes. We usually get 6-8 cups of chicken out of our whole chicken. This allows us to make several chicken recipes from scratch for the week.
