  • Exercise! Walk 10-30 minutes per day.
  • Increase circulation by alternating hot and cold water in your shower to stimulate a boost in the lymphatic system.
  • End your shower or bath with a little self-massage or even better someone else giving you a massage using any of the above essential oils with or without a carrier oil to stimulate the circulatory system.
